Very beautiful, diamond-shaped Giuliano pendant in circa 18K (750) yellow gold, possibly some silver next to the small diamond, with open-worked twines and leaf pattern, center set with a cushion cut, milky white sapphire circa 0.7 carats, 10.4 x 9.5 x 5.3 mm, circularly accented with 4 rubies total circa 0.7 carats, diameter circa 3.4 mm, surrounded by blue, green and cream colored guilloche enamel, as a pendant 1 small brilliant diamond and 1 ruby drop circa 1.2 carats., 8.2 x 5.7 x 3.4 mm, fine pink-red color, relatively pure, condition overall very good, some small dents and abrasions on the enamel, handmade
